Shipping

Absolutely! All Miranor orders are shipped with our signature gold box, tied with a black ribbon. Shopping bag, gift enclosure card, and tissue paper are also included.

Orders are shipped depending on the piece as our production is made-to-order. Manufacturing estimation is listed on the product page. If multiple pieces are ordered, they will be bulked into the same shipment and sent when all pieces are completed.

Your jewels will ship from our New York office.

With complimentary Standard Shipping, your order will arrive in 3–6 business days and will be delivered by either UPS or USPS, depending on your shipping address. You can upgrade to Expedited Shipping for $15 at checkout, which will be delivered by UPS within two business days after it’s picked up by the carrier. International Shipping is $25 and will be delivered in 3-6 business days.

Yes, signature is required for all shipments. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses for this reason.

Absolutely! Every order we send is fully insured and requires signature. This way we can ensure your jewels get to you.

Standard shipping is complimentary for all orders, and will arrive in 3-6 business days after production is complete. Expedited shipping is $15, and will arrive within 2 business days after production is complete. International Shipping is $25, and will arrive in 3-6 business days. You can decide at checkout.

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged pieces, must include all original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and are given at full discretion of our team.

If your product becomes damaged due to manufacturing error (in material or craftsmanship), we’ll repair it or work with you on another solution. This does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, or unauthorized modifications.

Because all of our pieces are made-to-order, the best way to exchange an item is to process a return from the original order, and purchase a new piece. Keep in mind, returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged pieces, must include all original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and are given at full discretion of our team.

To start a return, go to miranor.myreturnscenter.com and enter your email. We’ll send you an email that links to your order history — from there, you can select which items you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

Jewelry gift returns are accepted and receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To begin the return process, go to miranor.myreturnscenter.com.

If you’re having trouble tracking down details from the original order, our team is happy to help. Just send us a note at concierge@miranor.com with info about the friendly person and what you’d like to send back.

Digital gift cards are not eligible to be returned.

Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund your way. This can take 7-14 days to get back to you.

Jewelry is delicate and needs attending to! Handled with the right care, your piece could last generations - that's what we strive for you. We recommend annual servicing, which includes cleaning and polishing. Contact our team at concierge@miranor.com or call (917) 565-9551 for a free estimate.

Our jewelry is meant to be enjoyed, but not at all times. We recommend not to wear your Miranor pieces when exercising, gardening, bathing, sleeping, cooking, cleaning with chemicals, or other housework. Avoid using beauty products (makeup, hairspray, perfumes, lotions) with direct contact on the jewelry as this can cause discoloration.

Between professional servicing, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used for maintenance.

Every Miranor piece comes with a protective pouch or box, and should be used for storing your jewelry between wearings to prevent scratching.

Responsibility

Our jewelry is specially created at our manufacturer's facilities in New York City.

We use only 100% recycled metals purchased from refiners who obtain their materials from secondary sources within the United States. These could be from the aerospace, automotive, medical, electronic, or jewelry industries. Using recycled metals is widely accepted and does not degrade after the refining process - in fact, it restores its resiliency and durability.

We design, prototype, produce and sell directly to you, therefore we can thoughtfully create jewelry of the utmost quality for a fraction of traditional retail pricing.

We avoid price changes to our jewelry as much as possible, but sometimes outside forces can cause our materials costs to fluctuate dramatically. We typically reconsider pricing when the market changes at least 5% to the upside or downside.
